CHILD HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT STUDIES’ REUNION

The reunion of Departement of Child Health Udayana University/Sanglah General Hospital is conducted every year. The 2021 reunion took place in Taman Dedari at the Royal Pita Maha Hotel, Ubud, on December 18th, 2021. This reunion was held right after the Annual Meeting of the Departement of Child Health Udayana University/Sanglah General Hospital finished. This reunion was attended by all staffs of the Departement of Child Health Udayana University/Sanglah General Hospital along with their families. At that reunion, besides the active staffs; 3 paediatricians who had retired from Sanglah Hospital were also present. Their names are: Dr. Ida Bagus Agung Winaya, Sp.A, Dr. Kompyang Gede Suandi, Sp. A, as well as Dr. I Made Widia, Sp.A (K).

The reunion began with greetings to each other, and then the three retired paediatricians were also introduced to all staffs who was present at that time. After that, it was 'dinner time' for everyone there. During the dinner, there were some music and entertainment which were being played and shown. This entertainment was actually a show presented by the students of Departement of Child Health Udayana University/Sanglah General Hospital; both those who have graduated and those who are still actively undergoing their study there. After dinner, the reunion continued with karaoke (which also involved the entire staffs of Taman Dedari). The karaoke was very vibrant and joyful and also as the climax of the reunion, before finally closing it with a 'taking picture time' with everyone in it. By doing this reunion every year, hopefully the whole 'members' of Departement of Child Health Udayana University/Sanglah General Hospital can keep getting closer to each other and never break their bond of friendship.
